Starting or restarting an exercise program can be intimidating, especially if you’ve been away from fitness for a while or are recovering from an injury. We offer programs that cater to a wide range of abilities. Even in group training sessions, each participant works at their own level and pace. Our trainers focus on improving strength, balance, and mobility while helping you maintain or improve cardiovascular fitness.To get started, call Dr. Ruth Freeman’s clinic at (425) 219-4720 to schedule a 1-hour medical consultation. A consultation fee of $275 is due at the time of service. As part of this consultation, you will receive four complementary group training sessions to ensure our program is right for you.
