It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Already, I notice a difference in my overall feeling of well-being, am more limber, and feel stronger. John S. Is one of the best, if not THE best, fitness trainers I’ve had (at 78 years of age, with a former bodybuilder late husband and years of my own fitness training, I’ve had many). John is also knowledgeable about physical therapy. He has motivated me to follow through at home with the exercises he has shown me. I’ve learned and am using more effective breathing, stretching, and strengthening techniques. He seems to know exactly what to do to target my specific needs (it’s a big plus for me that he often gives me videos of exercises I’ve done to take for homework). I am losing weight.
