"John is a competent, attentive, highly skilled, and enjoyable fitness specialist. A few weeks ago I began a twice-weekly training series at Dr Ruth Freeman’s attached Primary Care Gym in Bothell. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Already, I notice a difference in my overall feeling of well-being, am more limber, and feel stronger. John S. Is one of the best, if not THE best, fitness trainers I’ve had (at 78 years of age, with a former bodybuilder late husband and years of my own fitness training, I’ve had many). John is also knowledgeable about physical therapy. He has motivated me to follow through at home with the exercises he has shown me. I’ve learned and am using more effective breathing, stretching, and strengthening techniques. He seems to know exactly what to do to target my specific needs (it’s a big plus for me that he often gives me videos of exercises I’ve done to take for homework). I am losing weight. Already my blood pressure has improved. This fitness training is helping me stick to healthy eating ."
"I'm so grateful my retiring primary care doctor referred me to Dr Freeman. She is extremely knowledgeable, careful and caring, and takes all the time necessary to deal with my multiple and sometimes complicated medical issues. She doesn't hesitate to refers me to other capable specialists when needed and they all seem to have the highest regard for her. She has fitted me in when I've had emergencies, even if it's on a zoom call. My only concern is that she works too much! She and her office are up to date on all the latest technologies so that appoinments, pharmacies,other providers, etc. all seem to be coordinated and everybody has the information they need to make their assessment and do their part in my health care.Her office staff are lovely and helpful when I need help dealing with techie kinds of things for check-in and zoom calls [ I"m 79 and not skilled in this regard.]"
"I have been a patient of Dr. Freeman for a while now, but in the last year I have developed a number of health issues that needed to be addressed to prevent my health from getting worse. Dr Freeman recommended that I work with a nutritionist that has joined her team and I agreed. I met with Cheryl and she worked out a plan based on my needs and I have to tell you I followed her plan and I have never felt so good before, I have energy, I am sleeping better and I have finally began to lose weight.
